3. Submit $75 Application Fee
This is a one-time fee for processing.
Enrolling multiple children? This single payment of covers your whole family!
4. Interview with VCA Staff

Hope Scholarship
VCA is an approved education provider for the West Virginia Hope Scholarship Program, allowing eligible families to apply scholarship funds toward tuition and related educational expenses.

Hampshire County residents submit email documentation to:
VCA Assistance
Limited tuition assistance and sponsored scholarships may be available through private donors as opportunities arise.
